Visiting Policies & Hours
At Newman Memorial Hospital, we know that visitors can help in the healing process. For this reason, we do not have “set” visiting hours. We do ask that visitors respect the patient’s need for rest while they are healing.
A patient has the right to restrict the access of visitors who are allowed. In addition, the nurse may limit or restrict visiting hours based on status or changes in the medical condition. Our first priority is the care and healing of our patients. If such a restriction is necessary, it will be communicated with the patient and/or immediate family.
Patient Information & Hospital Visitation Policy
Newman Memorial Hospital aims to streamline your visit. We maintain the confidentiality of all patient information and maintain visitation policies for your safety and convenience. Our hospital maps are available to guide you to the registration area and help you become acquainted with the various departments.
Parking is available on all sides of the hospital. Should you require assistance entering the hospital or need a wheelchair, please contact our operators at +1 (580) 938-2551 for support. For inquiries regarding billing, you may call the same number or consult with a financial counselor in person.
During registration, you'll need to present a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license or state-issued ID, along with your insurance card. Uninsured individuals will receive care in emergency situations, as outlined in our Emergency Department policy. We advise self-pay patients to meet with a financial counselor to explore payment options.
We are privileged to serve you at Newman Memorial Hospital. Your feedback is valuable to us; please feel free to share your thoughts at the administration office.
